Here is a recipe taken from the magazine "Cuisine et Vins de France" in this month, stir-fried beef with onions.
It's fast, easy and excellent. At least as good as my picture is ugly.

To 4:
- 500 g steak
- 500 g of chopped onions (frozen)
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Savora
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (I used 3)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 6 sprigs of cilantro (I did not I put parsley)
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan (or wok). Put the chopped onions and garlic ground to melt, stirring often, without browning.
Meanwhile, thin and chop cilantro. Itemize the meat into thin strips. When the onions are melted, sprinkle with soy sauce, turn up the heat and let them caramelize a bit. Then add the strips of meat, sesame seeds and savor, stir 2 minutes over high heat.
Salt and pepper lightly, sprinkle with sesame and coriander, serve hot.
Boards FVC: choose a piece of the tab or flap, and be sure to cut the pieces into the grain.
