Good taste for a salty-sweet cake served with a green salad.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs 150 g flour 15 cl
- whole milk
- 200g of Brie
- 2 or 3 apples
- 1 / 2 packet of yeast
- salt, pepper and nutmeg
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the eggs, add milk.
Add salt and pepper.
Add a pinch of nutmeg.
Cut the Brie into small pieces.
Peel and cut apples into cubes also.
Sift flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture.
Add the Brie and apple.
Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 20-25 minutes for mini cakes, 40 minutes a cake of normal size.
