To achieve it, to enjoy 2 or 3 people, you will need:
- 400 g lentils 2 tomatoes prepared
- 1 large chicken breast
- 2 small onions
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- flat leaf parsley 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Finely chop the chicken breast. In a skillet, heat the oil Olive and add chicken. Brown the pieces. Add soy sauce, stir and turn off the fire. The liquid should evaporate.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 and seed them. Cut into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley and add all the lenses.
Season with oil, vinegar, pepper and mix.
Finally, add the chicken, stir, taste and adjust seasoning.
Enjoy.
