Is what I knew, I blancmange , it is necessary to cook chicken wings or either way Burgers Ribs with tis beautiful homemade breads for Super BOWL ? Not
. Did not. But now I know, believe me. It has to be eaten with the fingers, it looks!

I bring this famous recipe anyway because we're still well treated after all.
Pffff ... Super BOWL ...

few changes:
I removed the skin from drumsticks and I brought them back to high heat in a skillet before placing in slow cooker.
I increased the quantity of certain ingredients of the sauce (see quantities in brackets)





I used drumsticks couscous with carrots and lemon, a nice recipe that I made on Blog Isabella (The Palace greedy).

chicken drumsticks slow cooker

Ingredients:
10 to 12 chicken drumsticks
½ cup ketchup (I, 1 cup) 2 tablespoons
. tablespoons molasses (I, 4)
1 clove garlic (I, 2)

1 bay leaf 1 onion, chopped 2 tablespoons
. tablespoons of water 2 tablespoons
. tablespoons brown sugar (I 3)
1.5 tsp. tablespoons vinegar (I, 2)
Pepper

Steps:
Place drumsticks in slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour the sauce over the drumsticks.

Cook on low for 9 hours. (Me, 5 hrs on low, it was cooked)

carrots and lemon couscous

Ingredients: 5 cups
couscous cooked in chicken broth (about 2 cups uncooked (360 g)
2 tsp. Tablespoons butter
January 1 / 2 cup shredded carrots
1 / 2 cup finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons
. tablespoons lemon zest 2 tablespoons
. tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon
. tablespoons of garlic powder Salt
, pepper to taste

Note BM:
For the chicken broth, I put 2 cups water + 2 tsp. tablespoons (30 grams) of chicken Bovril Concentrated liquid.


Steps:
Fry in butter, carrots and onions. Add the couscous, place the remaining ingredients and warm over low heat. Serve.
