Suggestions For Bridal Shower Cake Wording

: 30 minutes

For forty rooms:
  • 125 ml water 125 ml milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 150 g
  • flour 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder 4 eggs

  • 200 g sugar beans
  • (a little sugar in powder)
Boil milk and water with the diced butter and salt. When butter has completely melted, add all at once the flour and baking powder, remove from heat. Stir
vigorously to mix well. Put on low heat and stir for a minute to dry the dough.

Pour the batter into the bowl and add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Fill a plain tube (or a freezer bag to be drilled at an angle) and make small heaps of 3.5 cm in diameter on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Fold small points of dough with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle generously

sprouts sugar beans. And as the batter is not sweet, next time, I also sprinkle a little powdered sugar.

Bake at 210 ° C (gas mark 7) without opening the oven. Allow 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned.
