Ingredients 4 people:
- 4 sheets of pastry
- 4 Cabecou
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- crushed almonds
- liquid honey
Cut apples in matchsticks.
Lay the 4 sheets of pastry on the work plan. Place a Cabecou the center of each leaf.
