Pork Roast Slow Cooker


I know that many have already tried this recipe but not me ... It is the first time I cook my pork roast in slow cooker.
A very good recipe very easy to do. Even better when it's cooked all alone in the crock pot!

Pork Roast Slow Cooker

Ingredients: 2 lbs
roast pork loin (I, 2 roast (3 lbs total))

Dijon mustard Olive oil and butter, half & half
Garlic Pepper to taste pieces

2 onions, cut into chunks
potatoes, cut into chunks
1 can (10 oz) broth or beef consommé
* I I added carrots, cut lengthwise.


















Steps:
Heat oil and butter in a frying pan.
Insert pieces of garlic around the roast.
Brush roast with mustard and pepper. Enter

roast on all sides.
Place roast in slow cooker.

In skillet, add onions, cook a little and deglaze with 1 / 4 cup broth; scrub the pan with a wooden spoon. (I deglazed but I did not cook the onions)

Put the potatoes (I + carrots and onions) around (and top) of the roast. Add the onions and the rest of consumption.

Bake at low temperature for 5 hrs. (+ Or until roast is tender)
