Volcanoes chocolate and cherries
For 4 dozens = 48 (I 26) I got stolen dough. It's too obvious.
Ingredients: 1 ¾ cup
(240 g) flour
1 / 3 cup (30g) cocoa ½ teaspoon
. tea (2 g) baking powder ½ teaspoon

teaspoon salt 2 / 3 cup (150 g) butter 1 cup
(200 g) sugar
1 egg 1 tsp. teaspoon (5 g) ½ teaspoon vanilla
. tea (3 g) almond essence
1 / 3 cup (80 g)
buttermilk 1 ½ cups chopped maraschino cherries, drained (I, 1 cup) (reserve juice for glaze)
cherry halves for decoration on top
Chocolate Ice
¼ cup (60 g) butter
1 / 3 cup (30g) cocoa powder ¼
cup (60 g) cherry juice ¼ teaspoon
. tsp almond extract 2 cups
(200 g) icing sugar
Note BM: I made only half the recipe for chocolate ice cream.
Steps:
Sift flour with cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Put the butter and gradually add sugar.
Beat in egg, vanilla and almond extract.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Stir in cherries and walnuts.
Drop dough by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheets (parchment paper I).
Bake in preheated 375 ° F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool.
Garnish with a chocolate ice cream and place half a cherry on top.
Chocolate Ice
Melt butter, stir in cocoa powder.
Stir cherry juice, almond extract and icing sugar.
Stir until smooth.
